Most utilities are included-tenant is responsible for reimbursing electric. **Shovels are provided in winter months in case snow removal is needed** The house is completely updated with designer finishes, everything is brand new and refurbished in 2023. Nested in the nearby mountains of Sonora! Furnished with magazine quality interior design. Tons of fishing, hiking, lakes, skiing, music in park events...the activities are endless. Kitchen - The full size kitchen is completely stocked with cookware, dishes, glasses, utensils, microwave, gas range, stainless appliances, dishwasher and garbage disposal....everything you need. We also have spices to get you started. We have a 6 person dining table plus 4 TV trays. Outdoor Patio - A great space to wake up and sip on your morning coffee while listening to the birds sing. Or a relaxing place to retreat after a day at the lake or ski resort...kick up your feet and enjoy a glass of wine or a cold beer. The private backyard patio is furnished with a seating area/dining set and a propane barbeque provided for grilling. BBQ utensils are provided, you may need to purchase more propane to fill the tank. If you smoke, please use this back patio to do so, smoking is not permitted inside. We ask you are diligent with properly disposing your cigs, as the forest loves fire. An ashtray is provided. We also built a designated fenced area specific for this townhouse for your pups. Living Room- Furnished with a large comfortable sectional, wood burning fireplace, 55" Roku TV with cable and Netflix. Separate mudroom space to store jacket, skis, shoes, towels, etc. Desk space and high speed wifi available. Bedroom 1 - Is upstairs, furnished with a king size bed, a walk in closet, a full length mirror, Roku TV with provided Hulu cable and Netflix. Bedroom 2 - Is upstairs, furnished with 2 twin beds or can be converted to a king size bed, a walk in closet, a full length mirror, Roku TV with provided Hulu cable and Netflix. Restroom- The 'spa-like' restroom is located on the second level. It features a HUGE walk in shower with a rainfall showerhead, and of course we provide all linens/towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash to get you started. We LOVE and very much welcome your dogs! We recently added a small fenced private side yard for your pups. Unfortunately, due to all the custom woodwork, we do not allow cats (too risky if they use them as scratching posts). I do charge a separate pet deposit of $250 per dog (there isn't a place to input this in the deposit section). All utilities are included with the exception of Electricity. I will provide you with the electric bill statement to be reimbursed monthly.
