Garage Parking available for $75/MO Lease Terms / What to Expect: Lease Length: 3-month lease to start. If we get along well, I'm open to extending it. Move-In Costs: First month's rent + last month's rent + $900 security deposit due at move-in. Rent: $1175 per month, due on the 1st. Utilities Included: All utilities are included in rent: Water, sewer, gas, electric, and internet. Space: You'll have your own private bedroom, Closet and private bathroom . Kitchen and common areas are shared. Security Deposit: $900 security deposit, refundable at move-out assuming no damage beyond normal wear and tear.
