It is in an amazing location with easy access to Denver and Boulder. Plus it is close to trails and shops. There is a pool open in the summer. The neighborhood is quiet with really nice folks. We have a dry house (no drugs or alcohol on-premises) but you do you whenever you are out or off the premises. Just be respectful. We are chill. Please reach out with any questions.
