The home was sold for 340,000 on 2/19/2008. Who the heck keeps changing Zillow to show it for sale. The mls number F820347 is not valid. The listing agent was the agent for that sale. Either Zillow is completely screwed up or some horses derriere keeps changing the staus to for sale. Neighborhood Description Great schools, I can list the school names but keep in mind that school boundaries can change. Hence, the buyer should verify the schools. Elementary: Ramblewood, Middle: Ramblewood, High School: Taravella.
