With the amazing weather in Huntington Beach, the city has done a fantastic job closing a portion of Main street to allow the restaurants to expand their outdoor dining and allow more social distancing. Pacific City is nearby and also has excellent outdoor dining. Pacific City has 31 Acres of oceanfront dining, shopping and entertainment. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!! The Beach is ONE BLOCK AWAY TWO blocks to Downtown & FIVE blocks to Pacific City HB properties--City of HB requires a 1 MONTH MINIMUM. There is plenty of space for multi-generational families to spread out: 3 balconies, 4 Bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, with a first-floor master bedroom for those persons who have difficulty going up/down stairs. We have 3 portable AC units. FUN AMENITIES: - TV -Foosball table - Sunny backyard with BBQ - Beach gear and wagon PARKING: There is plenty of parking! We have a 2-car garage with room for 2 small cars in the garage and a 3rd spot parking parallel behind the garage and free street parking right out front. 4 Bedrooms/ 2.5 Bathrooms 2-car garage/ Wet bar 50 inch flat screen tv in the living room! BEDDING: -Bedroom 1 with AC -Master Bedroom 1 King (locates down stair for the elderly) and 40 inch flat screen tv Three bedrooms upstairs: -Bedroom #2 -Bedroom 2 with AC -King 40 inch flat screen tv -Bedroom #3 No AC -1 bunk bed (upper twin, lower full) -40 inch flat screen tv, -Bedroom #4 with AC -1 King, 40 inch flat screen tv with AC SURF CITY -HUNTINGTON BEACH Our duplex is close to virtually every major visitor attraction in Southern California- a family-friendly place, consistently ranked among the Top Ten Safest Cities by City Crime. Everything you need from an evening barbecue to a day at the beach is on the premises. Huntington Beach (Surf City) has some of the most consistent waves on the coast, and offers great breaks for beginners and experts. Learn to surf at Corky Carols Surf School nearby. The location is fantastic and is just one block from the sand and trail area which houses many park benches to enjoy watching surfers, windsurfers, cyclists, runners, adults & kids playing. It's a great place to people-watch, sunbathe, build a bonfire, hit the dog beach, and enjoy the sunset on the Pacific Ocean! This beach stretches 17 miles long and has a bike and walking path. HOUSE RULES: After you reserve we will have you sign our rental agreement online, below is a summary of our house rules. You must be 28 years of age. If you are less than 25 years of age an additional damage deposit will be applied if we decide to accept your reservation. NO PARTIES: No parties/ gatherings without permission or excessive noise allowed or you will forfeit all or a portion of any charges or Refundable Damage Deposit. No excessive noise or gathering outside after 9 pm. No extra people than the people in your group listed above. NO SMOKING: All of our properties are NO SMOKING. Evidence of smoking or vaping inside of home can result in loss of damage deposit. PETS: Dogs are considered on a case by case basis please reach out to us first and tell us what kind of dog you wish to bring: age, weight, and breed. We prefer one dog not multiple dogs but feel free to ask. We do not allow cats. PET FRIENDLY UNITS: If you have rented a pet friendly unit -Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up any/all pet waste. -Pets are not allowed on the furniture at any time. Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees. -All pets must be up-to-date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. Heart-worm prevention is highly recommended. -All pets are to be treated with flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival. Fleas and ticks are very rampant in this area and can cause harmful/fatal illness to humans and pets. -Complaints of loud barking can result in termination of the rental agreement, you and/or the pet would need to be vacated from the property. -All items above are the sole responsibility of the pet owner. So Cal Hot Properties and its owners assume no responsibility for illness or injury that humans or pets may incur while on the premises. Separate Pet Deposits and Fees are due where applicable.
