Tenant pays all utilities (electric, gas, water), responsible for keeping the grass cut and HVAC filters changed. Must be able to pass a criminal background check. Pet fee for pets no large or aggressive breeds allowed. Tenant is responsible for cutting grass and keeping HVAC filters changed. I have not been through the process with the Housing Authority to be approved for Section 8. Unfortunately, I would not be able to do that at this time.
