Bathroom exhaust wth light was installed 2018. New electric hot water heater installed 2022. Range vent in kitchen and garbage disposal installed, 2018. Water lines converted to pecs lines in 2018. Gutters installed in 2023 Metal roof upgrade in 2018 Outdoor water line installed for garden hose and outdoor sink/shower access. 5 outdoor outlets installed for easy electric power access. Two main entrance access security doors, (main and parking entrance areas) installed in 2024 Anderson doors with storm doors installed in 2018 I love this house and so will you!
