I will be leaving the Bowling Green area to move down to Columbus in January 2014. Starting in January I am looking for someone to sublease my two bedroom townhouse. The townhouse is large with two bedrooms, two and a half baths, a kitchen, dining area, living room, and laundry room with laundry hookup. The unit also has a one car attached garage and a back patio. Rent is a $900 per month and utilities, gas, and cable average to be around $210.00 per month; however, that can be made a lot less if the cable package is downgraded a bit (as well as I have three television hookups, so taking one or two away would change the amount), as well as turning off lights all the time will take the utility bill down a bit (I have experienced this already). Also the complex is pet friendly and located within walking distance to Carter Park, Bowling Green State University, and just a minute drive from downtown. The complex is quiet, safe, and the people here are very friendly.
