This house was everything we ever wanted as a new family. It has a 2 car garage as well as a master bedroom which has its own private bathroom, both were key in our decision making. Although the lot is average size for this neighborhood, there is a large open area for kids to play directly behind the house. The neighborhood is quiet and extremely friendly. It is close to the schools and within walking distance to a park as well as the village pool. We have done many updates including adding a new forced air furnace with central air in 2009. Both bathrooms have been completely remodeled. We have also updated the landscaping and installed new carpet throughout the upstairs in 2014. In early 2015, we had the foundation repaired and secured which comes with a 25 year transferable warranty.
