Had a complete new roof put on fall of 2021 with 5/8 inch finished plywood sheeting as underlayment, and 40 year architectural shingles, so it's built to last. Will be working on more remodeling and painting projects this year and next (2022-23) and also landscaping. WIFI internet service through phone jack with Centurylink. Other options are available (cable, satellite). Adjacent to 8+ acres of native oak forest undeveloped, so a peaceful setting. Good neighbors too. 35 minutes from Hood River or The Dalles or Goldendale, very centrally located for an out of the way place to live. No cell service without wifi here in the canyon, but that's part of the stress reduction nature of this place. Laundry room has washer/dryer hookup. New water heater installed in 2021. It's a work in progress.
