We have been in the process of completely renovating these units as they come available and these units are two bedrooms and bath several units have a half in the basement. All units offer hardwood floors. All units have a fully equipped kitchen and are totally electric with central heat and air. The utilities are paid by the tenant which will be electric, town water and sewer and Comcast is the cable company. We provide a dumpster on property to place regular household garbage. All leases are for one year and a security deposit is due at time of lease signing and is equal to one month rent, two bedroom apartments rent for $750.00. We are a NO PET policy company. Accepts Section 8.
