I am a young professional woman, in my late 20's looking for a similarly aged young professional/graduate student to move into an open room in my 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in the Queen Village area on February 1st 2014. The lease would be for 10 months (ending approx 11/30/14), with the option to renew for another year. I am laid back, relatively quiet, responsible, respectful, and am looking for the same qualities in a roommate.The apartment itself is a quaint first floor apartment, full of character, located in the heart of Queen Village. The room itself is the *master suite* which is quite large, and includes a bathroom and a very large walk-in closet. You have the option of choosing the paint color of your bedroom and bathroom!The house itself has hardwood floors, a large kitchen with multiple ovens and lots of storage space, a washer/dryer, a shared fenced patio perfect for entertaining, and a spacious living room with a working fireplace. The living room will be partially furnished, and there will most likely be room for any furniture that you might have.The Queen Village area has a lot to offer with tons of cute coffee shops, restaurants, and other attractions. You are also just 2 blocks away from South Street, drugstores, Starbucks, and about a 10 minute walk from grocery stores such as Whole Foods, and Super Fresh.Rent is $875+utilities/month.
