These 3 completely renovated apartments are in the rear building of a gated property in prime Highland Park. Light and bright, each apartment is about 800 sqft. All apartments are designer decorated and have beautiful brand new finishes/appliances throughout. There is one assigned parking spot available per unit during the length of your booking. A laundry room with two washers and two dryers are on the first floor available for your use. You'll have access to your unit and the laundry room. There is an outdoor lounge and dining area available when renting Unit 1 only. We are in the process of finishing the exteriors - pictures coming soon! We are in the process of completing interior renovations of the property's front cottage. The rear building is separated from the front cottage by a large parking lot, and any construction noise should be barely noticeable. Planning to have this completed by May. As the property is located in Los Angeles, there may be some typical city noise heard, such as traffic, sirens, metro, etc. Owner pays for utilities. Cleaning fees are monthly in addition to rent. No smoking or pets
