It is a very industrial loft, with lots of unique touches. You would have your own bedroom and a (larger than the bedroom) side space, but because it is like a phase I loft, there is no closet, you will need furniture. There is a very large kitchen area, a washer and dryer, a huge parking lot, and a huge living room space. There is only 1 bathroom, but the sink and vanity are in a separate space. My roommate also has a very sweet cat who she takes great care of- she keeps her food and kitty litter in her space. You will need to pay a $650 security deposit. The loft is close to Candler Park, Emory, Kirkwood, Edgewood, little five points, Inman Park, and Decatur. I often ride my bike or go for runs to the beltline as well.
