Entry is on a half level between the main and lower levels, with steps up to the main level and steps down to the lower level. The main level boasts a primary living area with a sectional couch, TV, and wood-burning fireplace. The large kitchen includes an island breakfast bar, and the dining area offers seating for up to 10. Enjoy the deck with an outdoor dining table. The upper level features a king bedroom with an en-suite bath and private upper deck, a second king bedroom, a bunk bedroom with two twin-over-twin bunk beds, and a shared full bathroom. The loft above the upper level provides a shared open space with living and sleeping areas, including built-in twin-over-full and twin-over-twin bunk beds. The lower level includes a living area with a TV, wood-burning fireplace, and desk, as well as a queen bedroom and shared full bath. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs and offers a Keurig and a drip coffee maker, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a cozy breakfast bar that seats two. A pool and gym pass program is available, subject to availability and any restrictions outside of our control that may be set in place by the resort. Trash pickup is included with your cleaning fee at the end of your stay. Additional pickups during your stay are available between 9 am and 5 pm at $10 per pickup. It is located in a quiet, family-friendly resort area, not suitable for parties or loud gatherings. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, with a $100 fee for violations. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles at the unit, with overflow parking available. A $100 fee per vehicle will be imposed for violations. No smoking inside the unit, with a $250 fee for violation. Pets are not allowed, with unauthorized pets subject to a $300 fee and immediate removal. No open flame within 10 feet of the building, with a $250 fee for violation. Electric grills are allowed. Check-in is anytime after 4 PM, and checkout is at 11 AM. Unauthorized late checkouts are subject to a $100 per hour fee. The number of people in the unit cannot exceed the reported guest count without approval. Includes a desk in the lower level living area, providing a comfortable space for remote work.
