We are a 24 story hi-rise offering studio and one-bedroom apartments. Please note our availability is subject to change at any time. The website is updated as apartments become available or are no longer available.
Monthly rent includes heat, water, trash, and sewer. Residents are responsible for electricity, Wi-Fi and renters insurance. Additionally, we offer short term leases (six months minimum with premium). Cats are permitted (additional fee/pet rent required). Please note that all apartments are rented unfurnished. Residents are responsible for furnishing their apartment.
We offer in person appointments Tuesday-Friday, 10-5 and Saturday, 10-3. Appointments are required to view occupied units. We offer video tours as well.
- Every renter is required to have their own Renters Insurance.
- 6 month lease term is offered with an additional monthly premium.
