Upper house is a brand new build from studs up. All new furniture and appliances. Very clean!! Down stairs couple are quiet and keep to themselves. Shared backyard with above ground planters for garden. Large driveway to accommodate parking. As of now there is one furnished bedroom and one office space. If needed we could remove the office furniture to accommodate another bedroom. All utilities included in rent as well as Wi-Fi. Would prefer month-to-month lease, but willing to negotiate.
