All utilities including internet are included. Off street parking provided and extra storage and bike/motorcycle parking available. Owner pays for all utilities. No cable channels, but Smart TV with Netflix, Prime, Peacock, AppleTV and Utube are free to tenant. One off-street parking space provided AND use of a guest parking spot.
