Lifetime slate roof, vinyl siding and storm windows added 1998, double insulation in the attic, red cypress floor joists, new 4 ton compressor and coils 09/2009, rewired in 1974, master bath floor rebuilt 4 years ago due to undetected water leak, high ceilings throughout the house, large closets in all bedrooms, washer and dryer hook ups outside but could remove tub from 2nd bathroom to make room for washer/dryer in with 1/2 bath.
