brick ranch with oak hardwood floors in good shape-Granite countertops and most of outdated wallpaper removed and painted. HVAC system old but has given us little trouble. Some of the appliances are old. Neighborhood safe we are a lower middle class homes but nearby is an apartment complex and our street blends into the Country Club 3 blocks down. Some folks don't keep up their yard in the summer others do.
