Term of Lease The lease will begin on _____________ and end on _____________. This is a fixed-term lease unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties. 2. In case of emergency, Landlord may enter without notice. 12. Termination Tenant agrees to vacate the premises on the expiration date unless a written agreement to renew has been signed. A 30-day written notice is required before move-out. 13. Default Failure to pay rent or breach of any lease terms may result in eviction and legal action.
