New furnace was installed in November 2011. Central air and duct work was installed April 2012. Gutter and soffit and fascia was put on in October of 2012. The shed closest to the house was put there in April 2013. The vinyl ceiling was installed on the porch was October 2013. New windows were installed February 2014. These costs were over $13,000. That's not including the remodel of the master bathroom.
