Huge two bedroom one bath only a block away from downtown Libertyville. As you enter the apartment you see a small hallway with two closets that leads to the large kitchen. The kitchen has a gas stove, dishwasher, and full size refrigerator. This opens up into the enormous living room with plenty of windows overlooking Maple Avenue. Through another hallway there are the bedrooms. One bedroom has a full bathroom attached to it as well as two spacious closets. The other side of the hallway has another full bathroom. Past this bathroom is the second bedroom. As seen in the pictures there are tons of windows throughout this unit allowing for plenty of natural light. This unit comes with one parking space in the garage. If you have a second car you would be able to park it in the parking lot in back. There are communal coin operated washers and dryers on the first and third floor. Owner pays for water, trash, and heat. The tenant would pay for electricity. Unfortunately we do not accept Lake County Housing Vouchers. In order to qualify you would need to have a net income of three times rent, pass a credit check, and pass a background check.
