Move in date is flexible between Nov 1 and Dec 1. I have lived here for two years with my girlfriend and we have loved it. There is a loft accessible via ladder where a bedroom can go. Two giant skylights above the kitchen and loft will let tons of light in on sunny days. Underneath the loft is a room which is currently used as an office but could just as easily be made into a second bedroom or guest room. The ceilings are about 16 feet high with 12 foot high windows in the living room. Walk outside and enjoy your breakfast and coffee on a massive private balcony overlooking the city. Located right next door to Bobcat Bonnie's and Ziggy's, you aren't far from great food and awesome live music. This place is a gem and by far the coolest/nicest place I have lived in. I am only moving because I have bought a house. Owner pays for gas and electric.
