Hello! I'm renting out a bedroom in my furnished, two-bedroom, 1-bathroom house in Healdsburg starting on Jan 1 on a month-to-month basis. Open to short or longer-term stays. Located on the Russian River in the redwoods, this renovated bungalow (renocated kitchen, bathroom, HVAC system) makes you feel like you're in the country (birdsong all day, river and mountain hikes with no driving needed, huge back yard with raised beds for gardening), but you're only 7 minutes to downtown Healdsburg for some of the best dining in Sonoma County. Please send me a little about yourself including what you do for work, your hobbies, what a typical week looks like for you, how your friends would describe you and what kind of living situation you're interested in. Thanks for your interest! Owners pays all utilities currently (happy to share past utilities prices for water, wifi, garbage/recycling, and electric/has but renter can put utilities in their name if preferred for long-term leases (minimum 12 month). I'm open to month to month but would prefer a 3-month commitment to start. Longer leases are also possible. Just ask.
