The neighborhood is nestled in a gated community with families and manicured lawns. You will have access to the pool and a gated passkey to enter in and out as you please. The room is located on the second floor and is comparable to a master bedroom with a full bathroom next to it. The room has a personal closet as well. The washer and dryer are always accessible. The living room is a shared space to relax in and can be enjoyed when it is free. The kitchen is accessible as well and you can store some food in the refrigerator if you like. Youre also welcomed to cook your meals as your schedule allows. There is also a patio you are free to enjoy. 1. I ask that the house stays organized. 2. A specified lease term is agreed upon before move in date. 3. Rent due on or before the 1st of the month. 5% increase if paid after the 5th of the month. 4. Payment method by money order or certified check. 5. Small trained dog allowed. 6. Residential use of room only. 7. Quiet hours are from 11pm to 8am. 8.
