The unit includes two parking spots. The deposit is $2650 (can be split in two installments). Small dogs (less than 25 lbs) and cats are accepted with a deposit ($250), per pet. Tenant responsible for utilities (electricity, gas, water, and trash). Rental Policy and Requirements: Previous rental references. One year lease, month-to-month after the first year Tenants pay ALL utilities (include water and trash) Fully completed application with a copy of identification(s) Rental policy requires 2 and half months of verifiable income and one month deposit ($2650, split in two installments) Minimum FICO credit score of 620 Full credit and background check. There's a $30 fee per applicant (18 yrs or older). The fee must be paid in cash, money order, PayPal, or Zillow. Accept small dogs (less than 25 lb.) or cats. There's a $250 deposit per pet.
