If undisclosed pets are brought into the home, there is a fine of $500 per pet. The elevator is non-operational. Occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count, with trifold floor mattresses and additional linens available upon request. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems are provided. Violation of noise ordinances will be subject to fines up to $10,000 per violation. Unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit. A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan is included in the reservation price, covering accidental damage up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or damages caused by pets. We work with third-party vendors to maintain the property and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment. Guests are advised to deny access if vendors fail to adhere to these standards.
