New LED ceiling light fixtures (2018). It is almost guaranteed, but not quite, that you won't have any maintenance issues. OK, it's a trailer and you are going to have to maintain it, but not because I didn't. The living room boasts a newly re-upholstered couch (2018, but with 1973 floral pattern cover) that pulls out into a full-sized bed with memory foam mattress. Table folds away and also has two leaves to extend. **comforting dog not included** (although, it is a trailer after all and you should find your own hound dog to go with it.) Kitchen has double sink and new refrigerator (2018) and microwave. Four burner gas stove and oven. Solid wood cabinetry and plenty of storage space. It looks like the kitchen has some severe jealousy of the 1973 couch in here. Bedroom originally had two twin beds. The second mattress is in storage and may be replaced if desired. Currently the bed sits next to a custom(!) desk that folds away for travel. Cabinet storage above, and drawer storage below bed. Bathroom - full-size shower and tub with bench. It is not huge, but it is the bathroom in a trailer, so please manage your expectations. Lack of room made up for by some seriously handsome floral wall paper. It's a theme. Standard RV model toilet with newly replaced seal (2018). Three door cedar-lined wardrobe with full-length mirrors for you and your hound dog to admire yourself in. We recommend some type of floral clothing be worn for said admiring.
