SAVE over 60,000 dollars. How ? Simple. Same style 2- Story Colonial just like ours only 6 houses away from our house, just remodeled extremely and is selling for 300,000 dollars, and the people in the market say it will get sold. Buy our house and save over 60,000 dollars and install your own flooring [ tile/carpet ] and wall coloring, upstairs is already refinished real wood flooring. 60,000 dollars saved will save you a lot of money while at the same time you can make the interior of the house the way you want it, not driving all over Gods creation trying to find some house remodeled the way you really want it to be. We came to our much lower price by using Zillow.com and other same averaging pro's as to what is a fair pricing. House structure is Original, same as when first built. No structural additions, you know how funky those can be. House when built was framed on a slab that is in perfect condition and overall slab and frame is structurally sound. A big highlight of this house is for those of you that have lived in a house during your lifetime that has been flooded, and will appreciate our house because the property elevation makes it impossible to flood. Also there is no basement to flood. No basement also means no musty smells, and also no sump pump pits that many people have lived with elsewhere and never want to have ever again, so I have been told. Because of our unique corner lot situation, the only real next door neighbor is directly behind our house which is separated complete by 6' first grade cedar fence, and then you have to go over their driveway before their house even begins. This neighbor is also a great neighbor of well over 20 years. House is still owned by our family, original owners, just sold to the children when parent passed on. I do not really want to sell the house because of this very specific sub-division's long term development potential caused by the fast entrance to the toll way to downtown Chicago, but other family members have majority vote.
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Zillow. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.
