Both the US60 and the 202 are close and less than 10 minutes away. We have a very large and open yard, 1.24 arces. 1000Mbs high-speed internet with WIFI access is included in the rent. Full size washer, dryer, dishwasher, gas stove, and central air. Common area is furnished. Your room will not have any furnishings. This is a very clean and comfortable home with newer appliances and brand new kitchen. House and occupants are protected by 24/7 4k video surveillance cameras that cover all external exits and parking areas. The cost is $750 a month FLAT for the room and includes ALL utilities and costs. Individuals over 18 only, please. Lease is month to month after a 90 day minimum stay. Only a 30 day notice is required when you are ready to end your lease. Each month's stay is paid in advance and you are 'pay as you go'. One month's FULL rent and a refundable $400 deposit is required to move in. Stay as long as you like. There is no minimum or maximum duration; however, the deposit is only refundable after you have stayed at least 90 days. You MUST have reliable full-time employment to live here, no exceptions. Payments must be in cash, MO, Cashiers Check, or Zelle.
