UPDATE: Our buyer could not come up with the cash, and backed out this morning. We dropped the price of the property to 62,000 from 75,000. This price is only available until Thursday, january 23, 2020!!! We are moving out of state Friday whether the home sells or not. Home has a clear deed with no liens! We bought the property for 60,000 through a family friend, and paid over 5000 for the well, so we are selling for less than what we paid. All taxes are paid through August. Buyer MUST HAVE THE FUNDS FOR A CASH DEAL!!!!
