    1 Room in the house is for rent. $1000 for guest rooms. Everything is a shared space except for private bedrooms. Designated parking for 5 vehicles. No smoking on property. You will only share the bathroom with one person. There is now a brand new sectional and TV in the living room. Maintaining the front and backyard is responsibility of owner not tenants. Ideal for military/civilian as it is very close to Bremerton, Keyport and Bangor bases. Utilities will be split between tenants, evenly. If there will be an extended period of time where tenants are away(underway/deployment) they will not need to pay for utilities in their absence. Solar panels, along with battery packs, will be installed at no additional cost to renters to reduce the cost of utilities.
