Walk to the Hollywood Bowl for concerts and to Yamashiro Restaurant for a special occassion :) Renter pays for their utilities and internet. Please, no smoking in the unit and the exterior neighborhood city zone is also non-smoking due to wildfire. Tenant responsible for changing AC filter, and any clogging of plumbing pipes during their stay including clogging up the garbage disposal :). Cardboard boxes and trash need to be disposed of properly in our bins including flattening boxes so there is space for all weekly trash. Pool and patio close at 10pm (opens at 9am) unless special, approved arrangements are made!
