This is a cute house with many character details. Built in 1925, many of the original touches remain while the updated finishes add a modern feel. There are lots of windows and natural light in the main living areas, as well as recently installed flooring throughout. Also, this house features a good-sized living room (21ft x 13ft), a large master bedroom (13ft x 15ft) with an updated en suite, a recently remodeled kitchen, and a nice backyard retreat with deck, fire pit, and flower garden. Lastly, we are willing to include/negotiate any appliances and/or TV's, decorations, etc. There are many things that made us fall in love with this house on first sight and I'm sure you will too!
