This apartment is located right off of Franklin by Whole Foods and Trader Joe's. It's super well-situated to the I-40, Durham, downtown Chapel Hill, and of course the UNC campus. All windows have wooded views and offer a lot of light. It is part of the Sunstone community, tucked away at the edge of Chapel Hill. Residents and the community staff are friendly, pet-loving, and the staff is great and super prompt with requests. Due to relocation I and am offering the remainder of my lease up for transfer. The lease is available after February 1st and ends on June 30th. I am willing to cover the transfer fees ($200) and application fees ($50) provided that you pass the application screening. The deposit already made on the apartment will stay with the apartment and must be transferred between us. The apartment will be professionally cleaned prior to your move-in date.
