It features a resort-like yard with a saltwater pool, spa, fire pit and outdoor grill -- as well as magnificent mountain views . The many amenities include an EV charger, pool table, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, W/D, and 5 TVs. The house has wonderful indoor/outdoor flow. Each of the four bedrooms of this spacious 4 bedroom home has a comfortable king size bed with high count cotton linens and its own TV. One of the bedrooms is a separate casita across the pool, with en-suite bath and an additional daybed. We are also very close to downtown and all of the great food and entertainment venues that Palm Springs has to offer. The house is available for 28+ night stays. Monthly rates INCLUDE utilities, weekly pool and yard service, and a full house clean prior to and during your stay. There is an add'l fee to heat the pool (recommended between October and May). Any stays that overlap multiple months will be pro-rated. Ask about discounts for longer stays.
