Each room has a private sink/vanity area Shared toilet and shower with one other person Room 1: Already furnished with a Murphy bed (More furniture can be added) Room 2: Can be furnished or unfurnished, depending on what you prefer Rent: $575/month Utilities: about $100/month (varies slightly based on usage that month) Security deposit: $575 Lease length: flexible currently set up as a 6 month lease, but we're very open to adjusting and extending based on your needs We're also flexible with move in and move out dates and overall lease time For common spaces, we have living room and dining room furniture that we can pick and choose from to set up the space in a way that works for everyone and there's already a large tv in the living room. Household and pets We already have two indoor cats and an elderly dog living in the house, so we are not accepting any additional pets. About me I'm a junior this spring, majoring in Performance and Visual Studies. I'm mostly a homebody and like to relax at home with my pets, so I'm looking for roommates who are respectful, clean, and okay with a quieter home environment and pets.
