We have totally updated this house. The kitchen is all new. All new electrical wiring and plumbing. We used two bedrooms to add a bathroom with walkin shower and walkin closet to make a master suite. The original bathroom has been gutted and is all new. A steel roof, downspouts and new gutters, a deck with ramps and new doors added. The original kitchen is now the laundry and storage room. The furnace and central air has been replaced as well as the hot water heater. Insulation has been added to the attic. Most of the ceiling fixtures and ceiling fans have been changed. We added a skylight to the kitchen.
