There is a 1 year or month to month lease, there is a lot of parking around the street and our garage can hold two cars. We don't mind smoking as long as it isn't inside the house. We usually divide housework like mowing the lawn, cleaning, vacuum, amongst the three of us and just whenever someone can get to it. We keep the house very clean so it isn't much of an issue. We are very lenient as long as the place is tidy and not a mess.
