The hardwood floors are beautiful. All the electrical and lights in the home are brand new and up to code. It has brand new central heating and A/C. It has a very large side yard that will fit 2 16' to 21' boats or more if you can play musical boats. Neighborhood Description The only thing I don't like about this neighborhood is that cars drive through it very fast sometimes. When my wife and I have kids, I will purchase another house on a cul-de-sac. If you have children, I would not purchase a house on this particular street. I may petition the city for speed humps to be put in.
