I am looking for someone to take over the rest of my lease for my 2-bedroom, 1 bath apartment in Brooklyn, MI. The lease ends 5/25/2027. Sublease could start as early as October 1st. The monthly rent is $995 which is now the price of a 1 bedroom apt at Village Manor Apts so this is a steal! Utilities (Same as I paid): There is a flat $141 monthly utility fee and you are responsible for the electricity bill in your name through consumers energy. $15 a month renters insurance if you don't have your own renters insurance also. Pets: The apts are pet friendly and allow up to 2 pets. $20 per cat monthly fee & dogs have a monthly fee that I could find out how much if interested (more than cats monthly). Security Deposit: $500 (I paid $995 one month's rent, so this is also a deal) Sublease through 5/25/2027. Renter is responsible for $995 monthly rent, $141 monthly utility fee, electricity in your own name with Consumers (ranges from $75-$180 a month), $15 monthly renters insurance fee if you do not have your own renters insurance, and monthly pet fees if applicable ($20 per cat per month, higher monthly for dogs. 2 pet limit).
