Also, there is nothing wrong with this apartment at all. The reason for me moving out is because I have just recently bought a house in the area. Great place to live for how inexpensive it is. This lease is for 1 year and if you wish to take the lease for less time then this then you will be responsible for finding another person to take the reminder of the lease.
