Gorgeous new house in a beautiful new neighborhood, and is at the end of a cul-de-sac. The home has huge bedrooms spanning about 12x12, and each room has a walk-in closet, and a master bedroom about 2.5x the size with its own HUGE walk-in closet that's about another 12x12 room. Master bathroom has a jacuzzi tub along with a large shower with tiled walls going to the ceiling and glass walls with a glass door, and the shower area has a quartz seating area and a tiled seating area within it. Most bedrooms have their own bathroom, while the final two bedrooms upstairs share a large 2-sink bathroom, and the downstairs bathroom is between the downstairs bedroom and the public space conveniently available for guests. The downstairs has a huge open layout with a massive great room shared with one of the best kitchens you've ever seen - a chef's dream kitchen, and a dining room area that sits alongside the backyard door which opens to a California room and porch area. The kitchen has a long island with perfect seating areas for stools on the great room side and plenty of room to utilize for cooking, multiple power outlets and USB outlets for powering multiple kitchen tools, cell phone chargers and anything else you want, and of course a double size sink and dishwasher. The pantry is a whole extra room next to the kitchen with multiple shelving areas all around it and an additional entrance to the garage. The home has a very large backyard (compared to standard sizes of most homes in San Diego these days) and has a couple of large avocado trees, an apple tree and a few other trees with a large hillside that offers gorgeous views of the surrounding hills and area. The entire backyard has large 6 foot concrete brick-style walls surrounding it, offering plenty of privacy and protection for the whole family and family pets. The home came with 12 solar panels from the builder, and I added an additional 12 solar panels for a total of 24 panels on the roof of the home. Parking: The garage door is a double-wide and the garage has space for 3 standard size vehicles, with one of the spaces being tandem (one in front of the other). There is also room to park three additional vehicles on the property that will NOT block the garage vehicles at all - in total there is room for 6 vehicles on the property and the only one blocking another is the tandem garage spot - plenty of parking for all, including guests. Electric Vehicle charging: The home is equipped with a Tesla EV charger built-in to the garage for charging electric vehicles. Note this is a NACS (aka Tesla) connector, so you will need a vehicle with a NACS port or a converter to utilize it. The 24 solar panels help a lot with covering some of the costs of charging as well. Appliances: The home comes with a fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, gas range, microwave, two stacked ovens, dishwasher, central a/c and furnace, a whole-house fan, and a very large (double-size) solar panel system. Landscaping: I will have a landscaping company coming about twice per month to make sure there are not issues with the sprinkler system and to keep the plants, trees and overall aesthetic under control (there is an HOA). Regular landscaping maintenance and HOA fees are covered by the landlord. 1-year lease minimum. Landlord covers landscape maintenance and HOA fees Renter covers water/trash/sewage, SDGE (gas/electric), cable/internet, and anything else you may want to do (e.g. maid service). Absolutely no smoking inside the home. $1,000 minimum fee if it is found you were smoking inside the home, up to the full cost of repairs/cleaning (can easily exceed $2,000 - don't do it). Dogs are allowed if they are well-behaved and will not disrupt neighbors or destroy the home or property (no digging holes in yard, no going potty inside the home, etc.). Extra $30/month if you have a dog to cover cleaning fees and maintenance after you move out. Renters insurance is required to cover your belongings.
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Zillow. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.
