It also has the 2 1/2 car garage (really workshop/storage area as who has half of a car) that is great and many other extras. This is a very livable floor plan with lots of windows in a really nice neighborhood. If you have a short term tenant, the owner will consider on a case by case basis 6 months for 2,600 a month.
