Private room (shared bathroom) available in the south Bozeman area. Nice neighborhood ~5-min drive to MSU. We are looking to add no more than ONE roommate. (Pets not allowed.) Room is available in February, but applicant must pass a background and credit check process through the property's management company and be screened by current tenants for living compatibility. (Deposit $ arrangements to be worked out with current tenants.) The condo would be shared with two other roommates (age range- 20's-30's.) We are both clean, responsible, respectful and highly prefer a quiet living space. This is not a party house by any means, and no smoking is tolerated inside or near the premises. Guests are allowed over occasionally, of course- we just ask that you let us know what we can expect. We both work/go to school full time and tend to be introverted, but conscientious about communication. We also help each other out occasionally with things like giving each other rides to places or sharing resources. Some considerations: During the summer, we take turns mowing the lawn and, in the winter, we take turns shoveling snow as needed. The bedroom is located on a second floor and the bathroom would be shared with a female roommate. There is ample storage space around the house, and we can reasonably accommodate a couple bulky items, but we aim to keep the space tidy, clean and clutter-free. Street parking is available. Utility costs are additional monthly expenses, and are divided equally: water/sewer, trash, power and internet. These typically range $130-160 per person. Over all, we are both friendly people who mostly do our own thing. We are not as apprehensive as the post might sound, but we'd like to set clear expectations so we can find the right person. This would be a good fit for a young professional or for a student who needs a clean, peaceful environment to study in. We are currently in a one-year lease that will end in September, 2026. At least one of us will sign a new lease at that time to stay for another year.
