We are month to month but are not set up for short term stays. We expect the verifiable income to be at least 3x the rent prior to taxes. We do credit checks for each applicant 18 years and older @ $40.00 each, collectable in the form of cash, cashier check or money order. NO personal checks will be accepted until after applicant becomes a tenant. Trash is collected 2x weekly (Monday's and Thursday's) and should be in the dumpster the night before. Recycling is 1x weekly on Tuesdays. All boxes should be emptied and flattened. This is not a party building but a building composed of individuals, roommates, couples and familys. We have people working different shifts of the day/night and expect tenants to be mindful of each other and not to disturb the occupants with extreme noise especially at night-time.
