I have a 3 bedroom house that me and my wife own. We are looking to rent 2 of the rooms out . One of the bedrooms has its own guest restroom. Both rooms have closets. One room is fully furnished and the others comes with a full comfortable couch. There is a keyless entry along with full use of the washer and dryers with the right detergent. Utilities will be split 3 ways or however many people are moving in. For example if it is one mother and child plus myself and wife it will be split 4 way's. Light and water.
