Pros: Large kitchen with massive countertop space More than enough cabinets for storage above and below High ceilings Wonderful layout and very easy to furnish Large bedroom conveniently placed right next to the bathroom Free exterminator services Fire escape Flooring is well done with NO CREAKING SOUNDS while walking Buses and trains are easily accessible Rent is super cheap for what you get Cons: Laundry is 1 block away 5th story walk-up with no elevator (good exercise, thats a pro) Trash is located outside the building (not so bad, you get used to it).
