My wife and I are renting our beautiful Carriage House which sits behind our Main House which we live in. It is a historic house from the 1920s that we have renovated and added new appliances in. The open kitchen has new cabinets and plenty of storage space. There are 2 sun-lit bedrooms (one smaller and ideal for a home office), both with closets and one with a row of built-in storage. The house is on a quiet, tree-lined street close to everything. We live on the same lot so we are looking for great people to share the space with us! Renter is responsible for electricity and natural gas. The house is sub-metered so the renter pays for what they use
